Changing passenger data

Airlines strictly prohibit any data changes for any of the passengers, once the order is completed. Any modification may result in cancellation of the ticket, and the refund will be possible only in accordance with the rules of your chosen fare.

How to rebook your flight or apply for a refund

Refund and/or rebooking to another flight or another date are subject to the rules and restrictions of your chosen fare determined by the airlines. You can read the fare rules at checkout, and they are also included in the e-mail sent to you after you make a booking.

To apply for a refund in accordance with the rules of your fare, send your request by e-mail at help@aviata.kz, specifying your booking number, your contact details, and in case there are several passengers, make sure to specify for whose tickets you wish to make changes. Rebooking and refund requests are processed every day from 10:00 to 22:00 Astana time.

When do I get my money back after I cancel my booking?

According to Visa/MasterCard/American Express policies, the refund amount, considering possible penalty fees imposed by airlines, is credited to the account of which the card that was used to make a payment during a period of 2 to 30 business days (depending on the issuing bank) after you applied for a refund/flight cancellation.

Normally, the funds are refunded on the same day, or within three days after the booking cancellation. Please contact your bank to confirm that the funds have been refunded three days after you applied for a refund/flight cancellation.

How to get your money back if you paid cash in one of the physical locations

If you paid cash in one of the ticket offices for a flight you booked at Aviata, you first need to send us a request for a refund/rebooking. Only after your application is processed, we will notify the location where your payment was made, and you will be able to get the refund amount.
