Refund and/or rebooking to another flight or another date are subject to the rules and restrictions of your chosen fare determined by the airlines. You can read the fare rules at checkout, and they are also included in the e-mail sent to you after you make a booking.
To apply for a refund in accordance with the rules of your fare, send request through your Personal Account or by e-mail at email@example.com, specifying your booking number, your contact details, and in case there are several passengers, make sure to specify for whose tickets you wish to make changes. According to Visa/MasterCard/American Express policies, the refund amount, considering possible penalty fees imposed by airlines, is credited to the account of which the card that was used to make a payment during a period of 2 to 30 business days (depending on the issuing bank) after you applied for a refund/flight cancellation.
Normally, the funds are refunded on the same day, or within three days after the booking cancellation. Please contact your bank to confirm that the funds have been refunded three days after you applied for a refund/flight cancellation.
